Spud on the Church and Politics

My childhood buddy, Ron Sanders (Spud), preached two weekends ago at the Vineyard church in the (Monterey) Peninsula.  His subject was religion and politics.

I’m downloading this now for listening on my commute home and haven’t listened to this yet, but I can pretty much guarantee that you’ll want to hear this.  Spud got his PhD from Fuller this past year studying Ethics, so he’s thought a lot about this stuff.  Have a listen.

 

Mending the Gap

The third and final sermon in our series on politics and Christianity. Why is there a gap between people’s perceptions of Jesus and their perceptions of Christians? How can we mend that gap and what are the temptations we can fall into as Christians seeking to interact with our society?
